By accessing or using our website (edulex.in), submitting course enquiries, or enrolling in any programmes or study materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase course offerings.

2. Educational & Coaching Disclaimer

All lectures, bare act commentaries, study notes, case law summaries, and guidance provided on EduLex are intended strictly for academic, competitive-examination preparation (such as the Uttar Pradesh Judicial Service Examination and APP exams), and educational purposes only.

Nothing contained on this website or in any course shall be construed as legal advice, formal legal representation, or a substitute for expert legal counsel in actual litigation.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All original academic materials, syllabus outlines, video lectures, test papers, diagrammatic presentations, and publications created by Advocate Gaurav Mehta and EduLex India are protected under Indian and international copyright laws.

  • Enrolled candidates receive a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to view course materials for their individual exam preparation.
  • You may not record, screen-capture, redistribute, resell, broadcast, or republish course lectures or handouts without prior written authorization from EduLex India.
  • The brand name “EduLex®” and wordmarks are proprietary trademarks.

4. Course Enquiries & Admissions

Submitting a Course Enquiry through our online forms initiates direct correspondence with our admissions team. Batch availability, schedule confirmations, fee structures, and access credentials are provided upon review of candidate requirements.

EduLex India reserves the right to accept or decline candidate enrollments based on batch capacities and academic prerequisites.

5. Book Orders & External Retailers

Books authored by Gaurav Mehta (including works published by Universal LexisNexis and Vinod Publications) linked via “Buy Now” buttons are fulfilled by third-party retailers such as Amazon India, Eastern Book Company (EBC), and independent legal distributors.

Pricing, delivery timelines, replacement guarantees, and physical book fulfillment are subject to the policies of the respective retailer or e-commerce platform.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with EduLex services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Uttar Pradesh / New Delhi, India.
